Copyright 1939. Looks like this book is a 2nd printing because inside the cover is printed "First Printing October, 1939 Second Printing November, 1939". Hardcover and binding in excellent shape -- but there are some minor marks and dents. All pages intact and in excellent shape. However the edges have started to turn a little yellow due to age.
