The cost is $117.00 per hour with a 1 hour (60 minute) minimum. Additional time is billed in 15 minutes increments.

  1. Customers with a TAP enjoy a 80% discount off this rate.
  2. Customers with a TAP EHA (Extended Hours Addendum) are not charged for support during these days and times.

 

This hourly rate is for the current version of the software only. Support for previous versions is more expensive -- you will need to contact us to see if support for the version you have is available and what the hourly rate will be.
