These are our dedicated hours for technical assistance. Assistance outside these days
and times is available on an hourly basis. Customers who purchase a Technical Assistance
Plan (TAP) enjoy extended hours (0900-2100 Mon-Fri), Saturday support (0900-2100), and
free updates.
Closed Sundays and holidays (emergency assistance is available, on an hourly basis, to customers who have a TAP). |
