Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm, EST

The cost is $105.00 per hour with a 1 hour (60 minute) minimum.



Additional time for the same question/problem/project is billed in 15 minute increments.



Customers with a Technical Assistance Plan (TAP) and/or Technical Assistance Plan - Extended Hours Addendum (TAP EHA) are not charged for support during these days and times.


This hourly rate is for the current version of the software only.

Support for previous versions is more expensive -- you will need to contact us to see if support for the version you have is available and what the hourly rate will be.
