When this field is checked, the program pays sales taxes collected by the mall back to ALL dealers on Booth Reports and CHECKS.

When this field is unchecked, the program examines the Pay Sales Tax To Dealer field in the Dealer/Customer Management module to determine whether sales taxes are paid back to a specific dealer.
