The following list enumerates the minimum requirements to install and operate the software. (If your computer runs Windows OK, it will run DMS OK.)

·Windows 95, 98, 98se, ME, NT4, 2000, or XP.  
·75mHz Pentium processor (or faster).  
·32mb of RAM.  
·SVGA monitor.  
·CD-ROM drive.  
·27mb of disk space to install.  

DMS uses approximately:

·700kb of disk space per 1,000 items sold and kept in the Point of Sale module.  
·1.2mb of disk space per 1,000 dealers/customers kept in the Dealer/Customer Management module.  
·300kb of disk space per 1,000 items sold and kept in the Inventory Control module.  
 
·Digital images require additional disk space dependent upon the resolution of the image (100x100, 300x300, etc.) and format used (BMP, PCX, TIFF, JPEG, etc.).
