This feature, used primarily by importers, converts the non-dollar purchase price of items added to inventory into dollars.

This module requires pre-defined codes to be keyed as an item is entered into inventory. The module then translates the purchase amount into dollars, computes 300%, 400%, and 500% markup prices and places them into the description field. A 700% markup price is computed and placed into the selling price field.

Available only in the DOS version of DMS.
