A complimentary amount of technical assistance is provided with the purchase of a license to use the software (see the letter and sales invoice accompanying your purchase for details). After the complimentary assistance is used up or expires (yes, unfortunately, there is a time limit), assistance is available on a time and materials basis or via a Technical Assistance Plan (TAP).
