Form Height Adjustment for Windows XP

The default screen scheme for Windows XP uses a slightly enlarged font that prevents the buttons on the View form from being seen properly. The screen scheme can be set to Windows 98 compatibility, but this spin box can be set to a value between 0 and 99.9.

This value is used to adjust (i.e. reduce) the height of the View form and re-position the objects on the form so that it will be seen properly under Windows XP.
