| Extended assistance hours are available to customers who purchase a Technical Assistance Plan (TAP). The TAP provides assistance during the hours listed below and other benefits such as free updates and a free web site with a home page (call us for details).

| · | 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, EST, Monday through Friday.
|
| · | 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, EST, Saturday.
|
| · | Closed Sundays and holidays (emergency assistance is available on an hourly basis).
