- Letters are converted to upper case for

- Amount of expense -- up to $999,999.99 per
- Method of payment.
- To whom the expense was paid.
- Beginning and ending odometer reading.
- Description -- up to 68 characters.
- Print reports for:
- Expenses by category.
- Year/Month summary for end of year balancing.
