This URG allows you can generate listing reports direct from a Table.  For just a simple listing, use the default settings.  Or change any of the settings and options to fit your own needs.  A first time user should select the Normal Start button above and follow the instructions shown.

You may wish to change some Page Settings, such as your own report title.  Other available options include paper size, orientation, lines below each record and overall totals for numeric fields. 

This URG allows the user to adjust font and point sizes so that selected columns (or fields) will fit across the paper. In many cases a Shrink or Stretch facility on the Sizing page will suffice. Alternately the preferred font and point size may be set when a Table is selected, also the width of individual columns.

The Order/Range button allows selection of the preferred index order and the setting of a Range or Filter.

A Re-Using page allows all the settings and options you have made for a report to be saved and re-used at a later date.

The Advanced button includes a number of further options for Developers. If you do not understand them it might be sensible not to use them.

Now, if you are a new user, select the Normal Start button and begin.
