Question/Problem

  1. When I try and send an email to a client from CMS, the email program opens, but remains hidden behind the "Edit Client" form in CMS.
  2. The program's help file does not work on Vista or Windows7.
 
 

  When I try and send an email to a client from CMS, the email program opens, but remains hidden behind the "Edit Client" form in CMS.
  There is a setting in CMS titled "Dialog Boxes are always on Top". When this setting is checked, then CMS keeps it's forms "on Top" (i.e., in the forefront of all other forms and programs). Turn this setting off by:
  1. Select "Configure" on the main menu bar.
  2. Select "System Options...".
  3. Uncheck the "Dialog Boxes are always on Top" selection.
  4. Click the <OK> button to save your changes.
